Overview
HR professionals are expected to know the tactical and operational metrics that measure HR's role. As HR takes a more strategic seat, they also need strategic metrics that help leaders make decisions, plan for risk and improve the bottom line.
This 90-minute HR metrics training covers widely used measures such as revenue per employee and return on investment, along with emerging ones like the impact of innovation on revenue and recruiting and employer branding effectiveness.
You'll learn how to choose the right metrics for your organization, use quantitative and qualitative measures, calculate employment practices liability risk exposure, and use metrics to assess human capital risk and support decisions.
Why attend: HR metrics communicate HR's value, show the contribution of human capital and measure employment risk.
