Rebecca has a master’s in marketing science and a certificate in Inclusive Leadership from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business. She is a LUMA-certified practitioner of human-centered design and graduate of the EDGE Women’s Leadership Program. She has completed the Creating Star Performers Leadership course with Dr. Robert Kelly of Carnegie Mellon University as well as Leadership Essentials with Kevin Eikenberry.
Rebecca brings more than 20 years of experience in employee experience design, storytelling, marketing research and insights, and brand and marketing strategy, spending much of her career in highly regulated industries such as public utilities, health care and higher education.
