Dr. Rand Fandrich, PHR, SHRM-CP, CHRA holds a PhD in Organization and Management (emphasis: HRM) from Capella University, Master of Business Administration with Alpha Sigma Nu Honors from Regis University, and BA in International Relations from American University.  He started the Expatriate Foundation in 2008 and has served as an HR practitioner in the private and public sectors; as well as taught for multiple private and public institutions.  He currently travels to the African continent frequently (Rwanda, Kenya, Ghana) to teach corporate executive HR certification courses and speaks frequently at HR African Conferences.
