Dr. Axel Meierhoefer is a very experienced presenter, thought-leader, and expert in the field of leadership.

He started his career in Germany as a fighter jet aviator, then came to the US through an exchange program where he literally took the job of a USAF aviator flying F-111 fighter jets while his exchange partner went to Germany to fly his ECR Tornados.

After 6 years in the US, Axel retired in the role of Staff officer and senior program manager for the flight training center at Holloman AFB, New Mexico.

He joined a boutique software company as an executive for 4 years and then founded his own company AMC LLC. Since 2005 he has been serving a long list of Fortune 100 companies, like CISCO, Bayer, Boeing, Merck, State Farm, First Republic and many more.

In the last few years he has added real estate investing as a source of passive income to his specialties.

From all this work, Axel wants you to learn how to become a great leader as well as developing a legacy of financial stability. We have been told to work hard for a lifetime to earn success. Communicating successfully and achieving the desired outcomes is what today’s session will be about.
