David Zechman graduated with a BSE from Miami (Ohio), a Master’s Degree from Cleveland State University, and is a lifetime fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.   David spent 37 years in healthcare starting as a bedside respiratory therapist and serving in every level of management from supervisor to CEO at urban and rural healthcare systems throughout the Midwest.  
He is currently President of The Zechman Group.  David recently published his first book:  “Driven by Compassion- 8 Values For Successful Servant Leaders,”
Is an accomplished public speaker, serves as an executive coach, is the CEO of a new healthcare company, teaches a graduate course through Cleveland State University, and serves on 3 boards.   David is married to his high school sweetheart, Rhonda for 46 years and has two married daughters and 4 grandchildren.   He currently resides in Estero Florida.
