I have over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in multiple industries, human medicine, animal medicine, mining, and missile defense to name a few. I am the founder of Sears Coaching, an Executive Coaching and Consulting firm as well as a Sr Human Resources Business Partner for the USA Today Network. Most of my time in Human Resources has been spent, training and coaching individuals and groups as well as partnering with executive leadership teams to increase their productivity and effectiveness so that they met their strategic goals.

I earned my M.A. Leadership from Northern Arizona University and my B.A. Organizational Development and Psychology from American Intercontinental University. I’m originally from Boston, MA, but now I call Phoenix, AZ home. It was there that I received became a Certified Integrative Coach and became an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
