This webinar is a new look on an old subject.  The webinar illustrates a visual of leadership development.  It pulls together systematically and synchronizes the many books, countless models, tons of literatures, numerous training sessions, workshops and seminars on leadership.

At the completion of the webinar, those in attendance will be able to describe the leadership development process in way that they can apply and use for their own personal as well as for communal and organizational improvement and development.  The webinar attendees will walk away with a potent and useful mental image of leadership development.

The webinar describes leadership development as the dynamic interactions of five (5) elements: character, choice, competence, charge and conduct. The five elements are explained in detail and then skilfully integrated into a powerful, unified concept of how leadership is and can be developed.

On the topic of leadership, it has been said that never have so many written so much, spoken for so long and said so little.  This webinar presents a fresh, insightful and practical knowledge of leadership development that makes an immediate impact at the personal, organizational and societal level.

This leadership development webinar is for those who are in leadership positions at any level of the organization – from the junior personnel who are new to leadership to the senior managers and C-suite officers.  But it is also for any individual who seeks a no-nonsense understanding of an ever-relevant topic.  The webinar content is real, scalable, universal, and inclusive.
