However, a company can have increased sales and make money, but if they do not generate the cash, they could go bankrupt. This webinar will explain the importance of generating cash, teach you how to analyze a statement of cash flows looking at all three sections; Operating, Investing and Financing. The other part of this webinar will show you a way you can forecast your monthly cash flow and allow you to be within five percent each month of your targeted number. The speaker has twenty-five years’ experience in cash forecasting and his method has worked in the last three companies he has been in and it will allow you to do the same.

This webinar will go through the entire process of how to analyze the statement of cash flows, understanding what an inflow is and what is an outflow of cash. We will show how to tie out the cash flow statement to the cash account and stress the importance of why a company must generate cash from operations, not investing or financing. The later part of the webinar will show how the attendees will be able to forecast cash for their company by following the three-step process that the speaker has devised. The method will be broken down step by step and if done correctly the audience should be able to take this back to their jobs and see immediate improvements in their cash forecasting.

He was honored to have received the NACM National instructor of the year award in 2010, the National CCE of Excellence award in 2013 and also the Credit Executive of the year for Upstate New York in 2011. Mr. Ronald Sereika has over thirty years of experience in management, financial analysis, credit and collections, and customer service. His background includes working in the clothing, food and beverage, building products and currently the medical device industry; all these have contributed to his broad knowledge of diverse industries, a unique skill set that benefits any size or type of company.
