Turnover of high performers, workplace events that result in violence, negligent hiring or retention, as well as, a myriad of online risks related to social media only cover the surface of issues we need to be concerned with.

Those risks mean that HR must be evermore proactive and vigilant in planning and preparing to deal with them, which includes engaging the entire organization in those plans.
