Dr. Nanette (Nan) Cowardin-Lee is an organizational consultant, transformational learning coach, interculturalist, and healthy workplace advocate. Her work focuses on dignity and respect in the workplace. She is the author of 10 Steps to Overcome Workplace Bullying: From Recognition to Resilience (in press) and the creator of the Crossing the Line model© illustrating the range of behavioural types in organizations and the adverse outcomes for targets from abusive individuals. Dr. Nan coaches the continuum of the bullying relationship that includes discrimination and inclusion issues, sexual harassment, abusive conduct, and intercultural adaptation. She also supports targets and works with HR leaders to provide coaching remediation for difficult bosses.
