A new development is seen in the Hospital and Healthcare industry, as FDA, on Monday, launched a new program which facilitates a more reliable and faster way to fill the application forms for patients and staffs. This development has seen vulnerability among the medical staffs, as they are not quite aware of the process. The FDA has installed call centers as "single point" support to provide assistance to the medical staffs in filling appropriate and mandatory paperwork.
The project, which is dubbed as Program Facilitate, aims to track the movement of documents and records corresponding to patients requests and medical history. Apart from this, the program will also focus on customer services as to why requests were denied and how many patients receive investigational drugs.
