Julie Harris is the current Executive Director of Stilbe, a non-profit that she founded to support the disabled community consultant and trainer of Julie Harris consulting where she works with businesses to improve mental health and disability inclusion. Prior to these positions, she held across a wide variety of fields and company sizes, bringing inclusion and operational effectiveness to everything she did. While the positions she held were always in operations, she worked hand in hand with other leadership and HR to ensure the best foundation that was set for employee success.
