Workplace bullying is repeated psychological abuse meant to demean and humiliate, shown in behavior such as constant yelling, sabotaging someone's work, hostile emails and deliberate exclusion. This 60-minute workplace bullying prevention training explains what bullying is and how to stop it.
You'll learn the definition and examples of bullying, the social system that lets it continue, and the harm it causes targets, bystanders and the organization. The session shows how to make a business case to the C-suite, implement a policy employees buy into, lean on core values, and empower employees, supervisors and managers to intervene.

About the speaker
Catherine M. Mattice, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is President of consulting and training firm, Civility Partners, and has been successfully providing programs in workplace bullying and building positive workplaces since 2007.
