Speaker

Susan has a master's in Communication and a BetterUP Coaching Certificate, and she is a certified DISC Instructor.  She has over 20 years of corporate experience.  She worked at Baker& McKenzie as a Professional Development Performance Manager and she was a Training Manager at Extendicare Health Services.  Susan spent the majority of her career as the Professional Development Director at Foley & Lardner, a firm with over 1,000 attorneys.  She also taught communication courses at Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin.  Through her firm, Schoenfeld Presentation Plus, she provides seminars, Strategic Planning, coaching, consulting, and motivational speaking programs to individuals, businesses, and community groups nationwide.  She has presented over 30 webinars to audiences through O’Reilly Media.   Susan also works with the Leaders Institute where she facilitates Team-Building workshops to corporations throughout the country.
