Same Day ACH has been one of the largest changes to the ACH network and Phase 3 is the last part being implemented in March of 2018. How does Phase 3 affect a financial institution or even an Originating company when processing ACH payments in a faster settlement environment. In the fall of 2017, Third-Parties Senders were required to comply with a registration process and that period to complete the registration requirement will end in March of 2018.
