Today, I serve as a capacity builder, transformational coach, lecturer, and author, dedicated to helping individuals and teams grow with clarity, confidence, and cultural intelligence. Drawing on my extensive experience in senior management, I guide professionals and entrepreneurs through challenges in leadership, communication, negotiation, and personal branding.
