If you are in a “mandated” state, for example, CA, NY, CT, IL, DE, or MA to name a few, all businesses and organizations with 5 or more employees are required to deliver this training every two years. There are a number of other mandated states, same applies. For states that are not yet mandated, it is strongly recommended by their respective state legislation that this training be delivered regularly for best practices regarding workplace behavior, in order to create and sustain effective and safe workplace environments.

The target audience is any individual who is a decision-maker in an organization or business with 5 employees or more in the United States. Programs can be delivered Internationally if applicable.
Target job titles would be: Human Resources Business Partner, VP of Human Resources, Director Human Resources, Owner, President, or Director of Operations. 
Target sectors for attendees would be Business, Government, and educational organizations and entities.

Mr. Lovette is the nationally recognized lead instructor for Harassment Compliance Training LLC. which serves as a compliance, regulatory, and professional development training provider. He has facilitated the Human Resource Management Program and Workplace Essentials Training Programs for two Cal State Universities.

Mr. Lovette is the nationally recognized author of the “How Managers and Industry Leaders can Eliminate Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace” an on-going series found in’s, Authority Magazine. Mr. Lovette interviews national industry leaders in business, government and education allowing them a channel to share their views and perspectives on this critical subject matter.

Mr. Lovette trains both nationally and internationally in the business, government and within the K-12 and post secondary educational sectors. 

His background is in Conflict Resolution having attended at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law and Loyola Law School Certificate programs. He is a certified trainer for the nationally recognized certifying authority, NACM, conducting Certified dispute resolution instruction both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Lovette has been the lead co-Instructor on Hostile Work Environment, Sexual Harassment and Anti-Bullying prevention training for the last 10 years with his colleague, Communications Professor Jill M. Scala of EHT.

On the international stage, Mr.Lovette has spent extensive time in the Country of India working within its judicial system to establish dispute resolution centers within the country’s various High Courts. Mr. Lovette is a personal friend of former India Supreme Court Justice and India Press Council Chairman Justice Markandey Katju. Mr Lovette interviews international world leaders on the topics of Hostile Work Environments, Harassment and all things to do with dispute resolution.
