Overview

An HR audit helps answer hard questions: Is your human capital supporting business goals, and are your employment practices creating risk and liability? This 90-minute HR audit training covers how to develop and use HR audits for risk management and due diligence.

You'll look at current trends in HR auditing, senior management's audit goals, the critical components of an HR audit, and the economic, political, regulatory and social factors that shape audit scope.

The session also reviews HR auditing tools and how to build an HR audit scorecard, using both quantitative and qualitative measures to evaluate human capital outcomes.

Why attend: HR risks now go beyond fines and penalties. They can affect valuation, credit rating, reputation and employment brand. Agencies such as the EEOC, OFCCP, U.S. DOL and ICE treat self-assessments and audits as a best practice, and organizations may be judged on the issues they choose to ignore. This session suits HR professionals, CFOs, internal and external auditors, CPAs, risk managers and business owners in any industry.
