Overview
Many supervisors guess at what OSHA expects of them and worry they will miss something important. This 60-minute webinar on OSHA requirements for supervisors, project leads, HR and upper management sets out their responsibilities for carrying out the safety program.
You'll learn when and how to enforce the safety program, why documentation is a must, whether failing to execute the program creates liability exposure, and how to find out what the regulations are and stay on task.
The session also covers often-overlooked regulations that apply specifically to upper management, and practical ways to meet safety duties when your time is already taken up by production goals.
Why attend: Safety responsibilities often fall on people whose plates are already full. Uncertainty about what is required leads to frustration, fear of overlooking something and possible liability. This session helps CEOs, COOs and other executives, HR managers, project leads and engineers understand their OSHA obligations, including regulations that are frequently overlooked for upper management, and handle them with limited time.
