Tiffany is the CEO and co-founder of Edwards Consulting Group. She is a multi-talented professional with a dynamic leadership style and a proven ability to maximize organizational success. Having served private corporations, government agencies, and the United States Air Force as a service Veteran, Tiffany has what it takes to partner with all organizational levels to accomplish shared objectives. She specializes in human resources consulting, training and employee coaching, project management, and talent acquisition in addition to performance management and policy design to ensure compliance.

Whether it’s overseeing large-scale payroll processing, designing and implementing benefits and compensation programs, or partnering with senior leaders on strategic business plans, Tiffany can deliver. She prides herself on her ability to support daily operations aligned to company mission, vision, and values while creatively solving problems.

Combined with her hands-on experiences, Tiffany has also continued to elevate her own professional development and training as a lifelong learner. Tiffany has completed a Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and has earned additional credentials in Lean Six Sigma and OSHA as well as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification. These endeavors have advanced her knowledge and skills in human resources to help businesses thrive.
