Overview
Artificial intelligence is showing up in more of everyday life, and tools like ChatGPT are leading the way. But AI is used by bad actors too: fraudsters can clone voices, alter images and produce fake videos to spread false or misleading information.
This 60-minute AI and ChatGPT webinar explains the background and purpose of the technology. ChatGPT was built to predict the next word in a sentence, based on patterns in the very large body of text it was trained on. When you give it a prompt, the model produces a response by matching your input against what it learned in training.
The session then looks at practical use cases, the benefits, the risks and key takeaways.
Why attend: AI is becoming a tool built into daily work, and people often fear what they don't understand. Knowing what AI can and can't do lets you use it to save time while staying alert to the ways it can be misused. This training is for anyone who wants to benefit from artificial intelligence and understand the tools and resources it offers.
