This 60-minute ACH rules webinar helps you understand the requirements and how changes affect your organization and your role.
The session gives an overview and background of ACH and Nacha's objectives, then looks at the regulatory landscape at the time of recording. You'll review the ACH rule changes made in 2022 and the further changes that were proposed, along with related regulatory issues and examinations. Time is set aside for questions and answers.
Why attend: Rules for financial institutions keep changing, and ACH is an area where regulators are trying to keep pace with technology, often through changes to back-office processes.
