With my LIFA certification and 20 years in international finance topics such as IFRS, GAAP, and international accounting in the semiconductor, transportation, and consumer products distribution, I can provide insight into the construction of financial statements. Through my role as a bankruptcy advisor for a Phoenix business, I reconstructed GAAP financial statements and determined the fair value of the company’s assets. I have also evaluated the company and industry fundamentals through ratio and KPI analysis with Fortune 100 firms. The participants will understand how to model their job roles and functions to take advantage of the presented concepts. I will also incorporate the latest strategic thinking around these topics into the course.
