Melissa also trains company Trainers to deliver service and culture programs, as well as leadership and management skills, at their individual sites. Viewed as a leader and mentor in her field, Melissa has served on the board of several organizations focused on service and community. She has achieved the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), as well as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Melissa has conducted extensive Human Resources related training throughout North America, with a specialty in interviewing skills, coaching & counseling, discipline and employee engagement.
