Melissa Gabillon has over 20 years of leadership experience, serving as a Human Resources Executive in the Hospitality and Customer Service industry. In her role, Melissa oversees the Human Resources function, with a significant focus on recruitment. She conducts onboarding and culture training for incoming Directors of Human Resources for the company, and assists in the integration of new managers. Melissa also trains company Trainers to deliver service and culture programs, as well as leadership and management skills, at their individual sites. Viewed as a leader and mentor in her field, Melissa has served on the board of several organizations focused on service and community. She has achieved the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), as well as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Melissa has conducted extensive Human Resources related training throughout North America, with a specialty in interviewing skills, coaching & counseling, discipline, and employee engagement.
