We are just over a year in the change in the White House. With the change in the administration the leadership in the regulatory agencies that make the rules that all businesses must abide by, has also changed. With a difference, this leadership comes differing views of what should and should not be enforced. At the same time, the workforce is changing. New generations of workers and new generations of technology have altered the workplace, yet we must try to adapt these changes. We will discuss laws and trends that will require flexibility on the part of employers.

Keeping up with changing laws, alterations in regulations and developing trends can be a full time job. Most business people performing a job such as human resources or office management do not have the time to devote to this endeavor. Attending this webinar will allow the attendees to get an overview of the issues they see as important.

The primary objectives of this webinar are:

  • To make attendees aware of recent changes in employment law
